Exchanges & Returns

To return a product you received but decided not to keep, the following conditions must be met:

• No more than 14 days have passed since the purchase date.
• The product's packaging must be sealed and in perfect condition.

If these conditions are met, the return process is as follows:

• You can return the product by any method you prefer.
• The product must be carefully packed in a larger box and sent back. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Once we receive the product, we will contact you to provide a bank account number for the refund. From the refund amount, €3.50 for shipping costs will be deducted, as well as any additional charges for products returned in poor condition or in packaging different from the original.

Returns of Defective Products

For defective product returns, according to the warranty terms, the following conditions apply:

• Prior telephone contact is required.
• If the product needs to be shipped for replacement, the return process is the same as for non-defective products.
• After receiving and inspecting the product, you will be informed whether it will be replaced or if a refund will be issued. Shipping costs and any cash-on-delivery fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns of Spare Parts

• All spare parts are checked before shipment to ensure they function properly.
• Screen warranty is valid only if returned in the original packaging, with protective films intact and without being installed. The product can be checked without removing the protective films or installing it.
• For other products, the warranty depends on their category, especially for cases where they are defective upon arrival (DOA – Dead On Arrival).
