Return Policy

Thank you, and we hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please contact exclusively the seller from whom you purchased the product. Only the respective seller is authorized to inform you whether, how, and under what conditions a return, replacement, or refund may be carried out.

Responsibility of Sellers

Each seller on www.gigant.gr operates as an independent business and sets their own return policies, which may differ significantly from one another. There is no unified or common return policy across the platform.

Buyers are responsible for reading and accepting the return terms of each individual seller before completing a purchase. The platform bears no responsibility for any decisions, procedures, or return policies set by any seller.

www.gigant.gr is a marketplace platform that hosts independent online stores operated by third-party sellers. We have no knowledge of or involvement in the management of returns, replacements, compensations, or post-sale services. We cannot be held responsible for any decisions, actions, or omissions made by the sellers.

Responsibility for product content, claims, quality, and all transactions lies solely with the respective seller.

Return Policy

Thank you and we hope you are happy with your purchase.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.  For more information on our return policy, see below.

RETURNS

All returns must be stamped by post within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. All returned products must be in intact and unused condition and with all original and return labels attached.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To return a product, email the seller you purchased the product from to get a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.  After receiving the RMA number, place the product securely in its original packaging and on the return form provided. Then mail your return to the following address: address of the seller or sellers from whom you purchased the goods.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.

RETURNS

After sellers receive your return and inspect the condition of your product, they will process its return or exchange.  The return or exchange must be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your product. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card or account statement.

You'll receive an email notification when your return has been processed.

EXEMPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Fresh groceries, flowers, bespoke items, cosmetics, underwear, swimwear, jewelry and unsealed CDs or DVDs.

For defective or damaged products, contact the sellers from whom you purchased the products using the seller's contact information to arrange a refund or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE

The reverse transaction is carried out exclusively with the seller from whom the goods were purchased. The www.Gigant.gr website  is a cross-platform for sellers and stores and cannot guarantee or be held responsible for returns or exchanges of products, services and goods or any transactions between sellers or stores and customers.
